- Work for a succesfull Contracting business in Jersey.
Our client undertakes a range of commercial, domestic and local authority work with 2-3 teams of climbers and also a utility arb section.They are looking to employ an experienced climber who will also be required to deputise for the Manager when necessary. This is a climbing role but there will be quoting and admin functions in the Manager's absence.Candidates must have certificates for aerial use of the saw, a driving licence and be fully competent climbers. Average weekly hours are 45. In addition to high rates of pay they offer subsidised accommodation.Ideally with a minimum of three to five years hands on experience in all aspects of arboriculture, the successful applicant will also be able to communicate and manage people and be experienced in all aspects of health and safety requirements.Salary upto £35k depending on experience with 25 days holidays including bank holidays.
