Contract Manager- Hampshire

Our client specialises in commercial and domestic Grounds maintenance, Landscaping and Tree care and covers the South East of England. They are looking to recruit an experienced Contract manager to be based from their Hampshire offices. As Contracts Manager you will provide a direct link between the Operations Manager and the daily running of the contract, ensuring customer requirements are met through the delivery of a safe, compliant service. This will involve;

 

§Ensuring that all arboriculture staff are aware of the day’s planned work and fully equipped with the necessary tools, equipment and materials to complete required tasks in a timely manner.

§Have a presence in the yard to apply the above.

§Undertake regular site visits to ensure that operations are carried out to the appropriate quality, frequency and timescales.

§Ensure that the contract is fully manned with the correct number of appropriately skilled and trained staff ensuring contingencies in place for leave and absence to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and maintained.

§Manage all customer enquiries for trees and associated works. 

 

 The ideal candidate should be educated to Leve3/4 in Arboriculture and have experience at a Supervisor level as a minimum .In return a generous salary of up to £45000  is offered plus use of a company vehicle, and other benefits including company pension scheme, annual leave 22 days rising to 25 and 8 bank holidays, Health Care Cash Plan. free Medical and Legal helpline, company mobile phone and laptop .
