- Description
- Our client is an established Arb Approved contractor based in Staffordshire. They undertake a wide range of commercial, domestic and utility work. Clients include Staffordshire highways, construction companies and utility main contractors. They are currently looking for a Tree Surveyor/Junior Consultant to carry out large scale tree surveys on the highway, operate decay and detection equipment and provide a basic level of advise to clients.This position would suit an Arborist with a Level 4 or above in Arb, who is computer literate and has experience in using hand held data capture devices. You should be able to demonstrate good tree identification knowledge and an understanding of BS5837 and 3998. A driving licence is essential and a work vehicle is available.In return a salary of circa £26000 is offered, for a 40 hour week or pro rata for part time which may be negotiable; 28 days holiday a year plus a bonus holiday after one year of an extra day per year of service.
