Our client is a Central London Borough council. They operate several teams of arborists and are currently looking to recruit an Arborist team leader who will be responsible for a team of 2-3 staff undertaking the full range of tree work operations to the council's urban tree stock.
Candidates must be fully competent climbers with certificates for aerial use of a chainsaw and industry experience as a Lead Climber. Duties will involve both aerial work and day to day supervision of a small Arb team, alongside vehicle and machinery responsibilities. A driving licence is essential.
In return a PAYE rate of £18.39/hour is offered for a 35 hour week plus 28 days holiday per year (inc Banks). Overtime is paid at enhanced rates.
Our client is a housing association based near Northampton and owns and manages around 5000 homes. They are looking for a permanent Arborist to join their expanding estate team on to help deliver a full service to their home owners.
