Arboriculture Supervisor - Stevenage

Our client is a market leader in Highways Team Maintenance, with contracts across the country. Their Hertfordshire contract is now looking for an Arboricultural Supervisor to help deliver the routine and cyclical maintenance programme for tree works across the county. The job is primarily based in Stevenage with travel throughout Herts, for which a company van will be provided.
Arboricultural Supervisor Daily Duties:

assisting the management team to plan, manage and deliver Arb works programmes to ensure a quality service is provided.

 putting Arb sub contract operatives to work ,producing & reviewing Risk Assessments and quality checking Arb works. 

Arboricultural Supervisor Requirements:

Candidates should have significant industry experience, ideally in a team leading capacity.

Possess certificates for aerial and ground use of a chainsaw.

Hold a driving licence

Ideally have experience of highway maintenance and cyclical maintenance activities. 

Benefits:

In return a salary of between £36 and £38000pa is offered for a 40 hour week. Overtime is available and standby rates paid when called out.

A company vehicle will also be supplied for work travel.
