- Our client is a private landowner with a well-supported tree team who is looking for a Commercial Contract Manager, ideally with Arborist Team Leader experience, to help expand the business.This position would suit a knowledgeable Arborist with a strong commercial side who is looking to move into a management role.Candidates should be computer literate with good people skills and commercial awareness. The role will involve organising and running a competent arb team (currently 4 strong) whilst helping to expand the business’ commercial arm by establishing networks, accessing frameworks, bidding for works, meeting site managers and quoting.The tree team have a wealth of modern machinery and are used to working independently. The private land is currently used for firewood, natural fencing and chestnut farming and needs to be run alongside a growing portfolio of private contracts.A salary of up to £50k p/a is offered alongside private medical insurance, potential for a profit share scheme and other standard benefits.
