Our client is a West London based Arboricultural Association approved contractor working mainly in the residential sector.
They now require an Operations Manager; this role will involve day to day running of up to 4 Arb teams. The job is varied and will include monitoring and supervising the teams, being responsible for some pricing and processing of quotes and regular communication with the Director and the Financial Manager. Applications are encouraged from candidates that have suitable working experience within the industry and are ready for the next step in their Arb career. Additional relevant training will be provided however a driving licence is essential.
Hours of work would be from 7.15am to 4pm and a salary of between £38,000-£46,000 is offered plus a significant bonus if prearranged targets are met. A quoting vehicle would be made available.
