- Opportunity to work for a Leicestershire local authority's tree section. Our client has a large direct work force of arborists who maintain the council's trees on a wide range of sites. In addition they undertake non council and other commercial contracts. Due to the loss of some staff (one has been promoted) they are looking to recruit two additional arborists.Candidates will need to have NPTCs for aerial use of the saw and ideally some previous climbing experience. A driving licence would also be an advantage. Initially employed on an agency basis candidates may have the opportunity to work directly for the council.The rate of pay will be £10.93PH for a basic thirty seven hour week, with any over time paid at time and a third. Annual leave is 28 days
