- Tree Surveyors needed for busy Local Authority in Northants. Circa 8 weeks work carrying out a condition survey of the Council tree using Arbortrack software.To inspect, assess and provide work recommendations for trees within the Council’s areas of responsibility in Housing Areas, Parks and Open Spaces, Highways, and Cemeteries. A tablet will be provided for recording the data.Qualification requirements are a minimum of a Level 3 in Arboriculture and ideally with some industry experience, although newly qualified entry level candidates will be considered. A full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes is essential (mileage paid).Work can be part time (minimum 3 days/week) and include weekends to allow for productivity.An hourly rate of circa £12-£16 is offered, dependant upon method of payment, plus mileage for travel within the council area.
