Opportunity to work for a local authority tree section based in north London. They currently have a vacancy for two Climbing Arborists to supplement their existing tree gangs.The work will involve the full range of arb operations to the council tree stock, including tree and root pruning, crown reduction, lifting and thinning, felling, root removal and stump grinding. The tree section is well resourced and has an excellent range of plant and equipment.
Candidates will initially be engaged on a temporary basis with an immediate start and the opportunity to transfer to direct employment with the council in the future.Key Skills - Must have certificates for aerial use of the chainsaw. Rate of pay is £14. 25 PH for 36 hour week.
