- Description
- This a new and exciting position for our Highways client who are looking for an Arb Supervisor . Based in Stevenage you will be responsible for delivering the Routine and Cyclical maintenance programme for tree works, across the county of Hertfordshire. In addition to the supervision of the arboriculture delivery, you will also be supervising the highways team (roadworks, gritting, etc.)You will manage a team of 4-8 internal staff, as well as Sub-Contractors (lots of the arborist work is contracted out, so managing these sub-contractors and the quality of their work is paramount).The successful candidate will have:· Evident Highways and Arboriculture experience.· Experience managing a team.· HNC/ SSSTS and Arboriculture qualifications.· Full driving license.In return a salary of between £32000 and £37000 is offered for a 40 hour week.
