- Our client is a successful UK Grounds Maintenance Company. They are looking for a Arb Manager to manage the operational delivery of arboricultural works across the business. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you can be based anywhere within the Beds,Bucks and Hertfordshire region.You should have at least 4 years Arb Contract Management experience and be educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Arboriculture, with good IT and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for co -ordinating up to three Arborist teams on various long term contracts within the contract area. The role will also involve Business development, Health and Safety compliance and financial management alongside contract Monitoring . A detailed Job specification is available. You will be expected to work around the business needs and this will involve flexibility with regards to normal hours and periods of on call.In return a salary of circa £35000 is offered, with a company vehicle and 33 days holiday per year.
