Our client is responsible for the provision of Arboricultural management services across the parks and open spaces of a South London borough. They now require an additional Tree Officer to supplement their existing team.
Candidates will need to be qualified in arboriculture to a Level 3 as a minimum and have some previous technical experience - ideally in a local authority capacity. Own transport would be advantageous, but is not essential. The role will involve surveying the Councils tree stock and dealing with enquiries from the public.
The rate of pay will be £16.00PH PAYE. Part time working will also be considered on a 3 to 4 day week basis.The assignment will be on a temporary basis initially, transferring to permanent for the right candidate. Mileage will be paid for use of own transport for business purposes.
