Our client is a successful family run business based in Surrey. Due to an increase in work they are now looking for a Team Leader and a second Climber to supplement their existing tree teams.
Successful candidates must have certificates for aerial use of the chainsaw and a driving licence. The Team Leader should have sufficient industry experience to be competent to manage a team; this will involve some climbing when necessary and will include implementation of risk assessments and method statements as well as a variety of other supervisory tasks .
In return a PAYE rate of up to £12.20/hour for the second climber and £15.40/hour for the Team Leader is offered. Along with opportunity to work overtime and productivity bonuses.
