Our client is a successful national UK Grounds Maintenance Company with an Arb Approved Contracting division. Due to expansion they are looking for a Lead Climber to join their existing team in Wiltshire.
They are embracing the changes to tree work brought in by the new Codes of practice and this includes transitioning towards mechanical assistance.
Candidates should ideally have at least 5 years working experience within the industry and certificates for aerial use of the chainsaw. They should be confident in managing tree team processes and have excellent tree care knowledge.
In return a salary of up to £36,000 pa is offered, alongside ongoing training and continuing professional development.
