A South London Council require a Tree Officer to assist with their current work load. Work will involve dealing with enquiries from the public, tree inspections and some tree planting . The role will run for at least 6 months with the option of going permanent for the right candidate.
Candidates should be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Arboriculture and ideally have previous working experience at a Technical level although entry level candidates will be considered. Use of your own vehicle for which mileage will be paid or a bicycle to get around the Borough is necessary. A PAYE rate of between £14.51 and £17.50/hour is offered for a 36 hour week.
