Our client is an expanding Arb Approved Contractor in Kent, working in Southeast London and the surrounding area servicing domestic and commercial clients. Due to business growth, they are now looking for a qualified Arborist to join their existing team.
Candidates should have certificates for aerial use of a chainsaw, a full driving licence and their own vehicle to get to the yard as there is no public transport link.
Climbing Arborists candidates will have the opportunity to work towards a Team Leadership role.
Team Leader applicants will need to be able to organise a crew of 2-5 on a daily basis and would be working on and off the tools; running the job site; organising the team and keeping up with paperwork and kit maintenance. Management and survey experience is desirable but not essential.
In return a competitive salary of £35-45,000pa + overtime is offered, depending on experience, with 28 days holidays (inc banks). Benefit package includes pension, health care scheme, Perkbox and company bonus.
