Opportunity to work for a local authority tree section based in south east London. The work will involve the full range of arboricultural operations to the council tree stock, including tree and root pruning, crown reduction, lifting and thinning, felling, root removal and stump grinding. The tree section is well resourced and has an excellent range of plant and equipment.
Candidates should have certificates for aerial use of a chainsaw and ideally some industry experience. You will initially be engaged on a temporary contract with an immediate start and the opportunity to transfer to direct employment with the council after a probationary period .
