- Our client manages the tree stock for Watford Borough Council. They require an Arb Manager who can manage their tree maintenance programmes; the role will involve inspecting the tree stock, instructing tree works and liaising with the Arb Contractors to ensure all works are carried out to specifications. You will also be the point of contact for the Council on tree-related matters as and when required.Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of a Level 3 in Arboriculture, have experience in inspecting trees, ideally in a Local Authority context and of using tree management software . You should be a good communicator and computer literate. The role is temporary for circa 3 to six months with the opportunity to go permanent after a probationary period for the right candidate.In return a PAYE rate of up to £18.75/hour is offered for a 40 hour week.
