- Our client is an established Grounds Management company in Newbury.They are looking for a trainee Arborist or Grounds person who is looking to progress as an Arborist to join their existing teams; candidates should have certificates for ground use of a chainsaw and a driving licence.Further training provision to gain extra chainsaw qualifications is available for the right candidate.In return a salary of between £24k and £26kpa is offered along with PPE and 28 days holiday (inc Banks) increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years in service.
