Description
Our client is an Arboricultural Consultancy based in South Warwickshire and Staffordshire. They are looking for an Arboricultural Consultant, to work alongside the existing team on a range of site surveys across the UK. The role is open to those looking to further a fledgling consultancy career but should a more experienced arborist be interested there is some scope for negotiation on the salary.
 
Candidates should be educated to a minimum Level 3 in Arboriculture and ideally have post qualification experience surveying trees. The role will involve conducting VTAs, BS5837:2012 tree constraints assessments, tree risk surveys and preparing reports and plans.  The successful candidate will be an effective communicator both verbally and via email to enable clients to easily understand technical issues.
 
For the right candidate there may also be the opportunity to assist with undertaking climbing tree surveys as part of risk surveys or for bats alongside Ecology Consultants (Climbing and Aerial Rescue certificates will be required).
 
In return a salary of between £25kpa and £32kpa is offered, depending on experience, along with an enhanced holiday allowance, flexible, hybrid working and other benefits.
