Our Oxford based client has an exciting opportunity for a Tree Surveyor to join their existing Arboricultural team. Responsible for maintaining over 1,000 hectares of parks, green spaces, cemeteries and housing properties and highways they manage circa 100,000 trees . The role will involve surveying the tree stock in Oxford's parks, gardens and urban spaces .
The successful candidate should be educated to a Minimum of a Level 3 in Arboriculture and ideally have industry experience undertaking tree inspections. You will be responsible for undertaking inspections of trees in various locations recording tree details of condition, and recommending, specifying and prioritising arboricultural works.
In return a salary of between £36,500.000 and £37700 pa is offered for a 37 hour week alongside a generous holiday allowance of 37 days pa (including Banks) and a local government pension scheme.
