Our client is a South London local authority seeking someone for the role of Arboricultural Administrative Support Officer.
Key responsibilities:
• Case & Customer Support: Manage public and councillor enquiries related to tree planting, pollarding, and highways trees. Log and track cases in Fix My Street, Mayrise, and Alloy. Draft professional responses and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Contractor & Project Coordination: Liaise with contractors and internal departments to track works and support project delivery.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate case records, produce reports on enquiry volumes, and flag recurring issues or trends.
• Administrative Support: Filing, data entry, document prep, contractor instructions, FOI and Member enquiries.
This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension, offering £18.00–£20.00 per hour depending on experience and skills. The role provides flexible working options, excellent access to the Underground, and free parking on site.
They are looking for candidates with strong administrative abilities, excellent organisation, and an interest in supporting their arboricultural services.

- Training provided in arboricultural basics and systems.
- Office-based, with occasional site visits. Requires office presence 3/5 days per week.
