I’m working with a SME consultancy that is looking for multiple Arb consultants/surveyors at any level. The work they do is based mainly in the Midlands and Southwest, their offices are in the midlands, but this is a hybrid position and so there is no expectation to be in office.
They are owned by a Wildlife trust and so they are ethical in the clients that they chose to work with as well as all the profits going to good causes. The services they offer include Arb, Ecology and GIS with approx. 120 staff. They really emphasise staff personal development and have tailored CPD i.e. funded training and professional courses.
The Arb team was 5 strong, it’s now only 2 (Senior arb professionals). Finding the right people with the appropriate skills has been challenging for them. In return they offer a generous salary (depending on experience), 24 days holiday. Pension, Overtime (TOIL) CPD, flexible working, annual bonus (up to 10% of salary), and access to pool vehicles.
