- Description
We have a great opportunity to join a large national environment and landscaping company, covering both commercial and private contracts, as they expand the number of grounds maintenance teams working out of their yard in central Oxfordshire.
Candidates should have experience of grounds maintenance (relevant training will be provided) and a full UK driving licence. PA1 or PA6 pesticide tickets would also be preferable.
Duties will include:
- operating company machinery and vehicles
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge and shrub pruning, border maintenance
- hard standing maintenance
- litter picking
- chemical application if PA1 & PA6 tickets held
This is a full time role. In return a pay rate of £12.71/hr is offered (c. £26k pa), along with 28 days paid leave per year and access to the generous pension scheme. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
