Our client is a well-established ecology services company based in the Coventry/Warwick area, and they are looking for individuals who would like to develop a career in arboriculture and tree surgery. All training is provided in a well-structured pathway, from those who have no experience and a willing attitude to learning, leading you through to advanced skills with additional levels of leadership and responsibility.
No previous tree surgery/arboriculture experience required, just a willingness to grow, learn and get involved.
In return, salary starts at £28k pa at the beginning of the learning pathway, all the way up to c. £43k pa at the highest level.
In general, candidates will spend 6 to 12 months at each level of the pathway, before progressing to the next stage.
